DaVita Dialysis Clinic

SIZE: 6,000 SF

This project consisted of a complete interior
demolition and new fit-out of half of an existing
medical facility. The new clinic is approximately
6,000 sq. ft. and consists of 13 stations. There are
new HVAC systems serving the vast majority
of the renovated space with additions and
modifications to the base building electrical as
well as mechanical systems. Work completed
also included relocating all existing telecom and
data network for all tenants in the building. This
project had a 90 day construction duration from
start to finish.
