Brechbill & Helman was selected by building
owner Matrix Development Group to serve
as Construction Manager for the $20,000,000
modernization of their 1.03 million square foot
facility in Greencastle, currently occupied by
tenant World Kitchen.
Th e renovations include 20,000 square feet of
new corporate offi ce space, replacement of HVAC
and electrical systems throughout the facility,
the incorporation of an ESFR sprinkler system,
new roofi ng, additional truck docks and a new
building envelope consisting of pre-cast concrete
and insulated metal panels. Site work will include
the expansion of trailer parking by more than 150
stalls, a stormwater management system and the
allocation of land to accommodate approximately
230,000 square feet of future expansion.
