Solutions
Families: A variety of learners participate in the Early Learning Series workshops such as potty
training, gender identity, sleeping, eating/feeding, temperament, discipline. Many families are
also reached via Touchpoints Approach-trained practitioners.
Practitioners: Early Care and Education, and Family-Serving Professionals
Highlights: The Racine County, WI site began in June 1997 with the Community Level Training
in Boston. Trainings have been at the core of the project including Individual Level Trainings for
family-serving professionals from multiple disciplines including early care and education.
