perceived they were benefitting from the Touchpoints training within their residency curriculum
and we shared our very positive findings at the Asia Pacific Medical Education Conference in
January 2016.
The fact that we have been able to achieve our target of 2 cycles of training per year with a
minimum of 15 participants each round is quite a feat! This is done in consideration that 3 out of
our 5 trainers have taken time off to have babies.
Buy-in from leadership of other departments – we have been getting affirmation from leadership
of other departments within the hospital who have sent their staff for training. This is a great
achievement as colleagues from other departments are consistently asking for our training dates!
