PRE JOB

Water tank filled with water
Water box filled with water
Auto greaser is full of grease
Visual inspection for oil leaks under chassis and boom
Radio remote batteries charged
Check city horn
Fill fuel tank
Close air drain on hydraulic tank
Check all functions on remote
Check all E-stops in working condition
Rear panel switches and lights work
Hydraulic oil level

POST JOB

Turn on auto greaser
Check for grease on all points in hopper
Visual on cutting ring & wear plate
Visual on inside of S-tube and intermediate rings for concrete buildup
Shift S-tube over and visually check gap on cutting ring to the wear plate
Check water box for excessive oil or any concrete grout
Drain water box - daily
Drain water tank (cold weather when parking outside)
Drain air pressure on hydraulic tank
Radio remote clean (do not spray off with water hose!)
Radio remote in cab
Hopper bottom door closed for road travel
All reducers, hoses, etc. clean, on deck and secured
Check for oil leaks under truck
