Concrete pumps are complex machines operating in demanding, harsh conditions. Although pump kit failures are uncommon, should
an electrical glitch or small cartridge malfunction occur – all is not lost. The Alliance pump has full override and manual control to allow
completion of a critical job or get that clean-up operation done, even if a remote control or electrical problem has taken place.
The decal presented above is an instruction document laid out in a simple, step by step format including number references to the
representative images of the component that might require a manual override.
Additionally, if maintenance work or troubleshooting is taking place and you are seeking advice from our service network, it can be
handy to refer to this decal and identify the component needed in a clear and easy fashion with our technicians. As the saying goes, "A
picture is worth a thousand words.”
It is actually a sound idea to practice how these bypass buttons and locks work when you have time and can run your pump back at the
yard without an anxious site supervisor hanging over your shoulder or the urgency of concrete to worry about. Most operators know how
to perform these bypass operations, but if not, why wait? Give it a go.
This decal should be located on your pump on or near the water tank such that you can look at it while viewing the pump cell
components. If you have undertaken a “repaint” on old favourite or just simply need to get an extra copy of this for your cab or office,
contact our people.
