best in the long run. Of course this is not everyone
experience with these planets, but I'm sure I'm not the
only one with this experience, I'm certain it occurs
often enough to be worth mentioning more often, in the
descriptions of these planets often given by
astrologers. Yet, to my extreme frustration and
annoyance, I often see Jupiter getting a pat on the back
from astrologers, as though it can do no harm, and that
the worst possibility is merely too much of a good
thing, or overconfidence and optimism, bad judgement,
and excessive generosity, but that the negative effects
of Jupiter could never really be that bad. In fact in the
June 2010 edition of dell horoscope, there was an
article called; your road-map to personality and
destiny: transits to the sun and moon by Nancy
Frederick in which she states - ”Jupiter, like Venus,
pretty much always brings something good and isn't
considered the planet of luck for nothing” . This
statement is misleading, one sided, and not taking into
account the many variables within a chart which could
render that statement to be utterly false. more
importantly it is a source of misinformation to those
astrologers who are attempting to learn predictive
techniques from an article about predictive astrology.
It should always be mentioned that the characteristics
of a planet are varied and have both good and bad
attributes. Secondly, a golden rule of predictive
astrology involving any planet is that you MUST
consider the birth chart first. The planets relation to
other planets within the natal chart. which of those
characteristics materialize are always dependent on a
great amount of other factors.
