✓ Take your package to the first-floor lobby storage room.
✓ Be sure your item is in packaging suitable for shipping.
✓ Include the name and address of the package recipient.
✓ Indicate how it must go: ground, second day, overnight.
✓ Note whether it must be insured and if so, for how much.
✓ Associate an account number/job number to be charged.
Scout Tip: There are no scheduled pickups for packages going via FedEx. Contact Office Services
to make any arrangements with alternative shipping companies.
