     Scout’s Fitness Tips:






     ✓ Just contact Office Services to sign a waiver before you do your first crunch.



     ✓ Keep sessions to 30 minutes or less so we can all get our fitness on.


     ✓ Standard gym etiquette: wipe down the equipment when you’re done.




     ✓ Keep sweaty clothes and damp towels out of workstations. (Ew!)


     ✓ BYOBottle. There’s a water fountain right next to the bathrooms.



     ✓ The area is large enough to stretch, do abdominal work, etc.



     ✓ Get motivated with the fitness room’s Direct TV monitor!



     ✓ Tap equipment monitors to stream your favorite shows.



     ✓ Use gym lockers and restrooms during workouts only.



     ✓ The fitness area is for employee use (sorry Scout).
