✓ Many rooms have monitors that convert to whiteboards.
✓ Want to Zoom? No problem! All meeting rooms are set up and good to go.
✓ Reserve rooms through Outlook or check the scheduler outside each room.
✓ Don’t forget to delete your reservation if your meeting is canceled or cut short.
11 PHONE AND FOCUS ROOMS
✓ Drop in for impromptu, occasional pitstops to focus.
✓ These spaces also work for private conversations or meetings.
SIX OPEN AREAS (plus cafés!)
✓ Use them for stand-up/informal meetings or a change of scenery.
✓ These spaces are designed to spark creativity. Please avoid loud calls.
Scout Tip: Phone and focus rooms, as well as open areas,
can’t be reserved; they are designed as drop-in spaces versus
spots to set up shop.
