Under the leadership of Coach Kraft, the varsity la­ crosse team had another suc­ cessful season. Since the team was made up of returning jun­ iors and seniors, the team’s chances were good. Spirit and skills were strong on the squad; this led them to many victo­ rious games, the end of the season rewarded the faith that people held in the team as they forged a winning season.

The Modified lacrosse Team of the 1991 season was coached by Mr. Dick Lasda, with Mr. Douglas Hanrahan assisting. The team had a win­ ning season with a 6-2-1 rec­ ord. They beat Lafayette, Cen­ tral Square, Cortland, Fulton, East Syracuse Minoa, and most importantly, Jamesville-De- witt. They lost to Skaneateles and Homer. The season ended with an exciting goal by Kevin Langan in the final seconds of
the Jordan-Elbridge game-, it tied the score. High scorers for the season were Dave Viscome with twelve goals and P.J. Ku- no with eight goals. The team had many loyal fans who fol­ lowed them all over Central New York and cheered them
on to a truly awesome season.
