Berkshire Hills Chorus (continued)

In other news, we have warmly welcomed our newest member, Marcy Mann, who has enthusiastically
joined our baritone section. Welcome Marcy, we love having you! Many of our members also took a “field
trip” this summer to attend the wonderful musical, “The Marvelous Wonderettes” at The Mac-Haydn
Theater in nearby Chatham, New York. We enjoy spending time together outside of chorus rehearsals and
performances and hope to make this an annual event! This past year we have also been encouraged to form
flexible quartets and small groups within our chorus and to continue to strive to enhance our singing and
performing skills. We are learning some challenging new songs, planning more opportunities for coaching,
and looking forward to an exciting year of musical growth ahead. Mark Twain once said, “To get the full
value of a joy, you must have someone to divide it with.” We are thankful to divide our joy amongst each
other in the Berkshire Hills Chorus.
