Newsletter Article Guidelines/Publication and Submission Dates

Please submit articles in .doc or .pdf format; or within an email.

Avoid using Specialty fonts as they may not transfer over to the program I’m using;

Please note: Editor has discretion to limit photographs based on available space. Photos should be
attached to the article, not embedded, unless it’s within a pdf file. If you are submitting an article with a
lot of pictures or want to use specialty fonts, save it as a PDF file so I can insert it into the template; it’s
much easier than trying to resize photos around text!

We will be publishing the Tags and Swipes twice a year. Deadlines for Submissions are:

Winter edition (Published in January) – December 31
Summer Edition (Published in July) – June 30
