I must warn you that this chapter is totally about fun. Yes, the bright blue Cotton
Candy Cupcakes are really decorated with a handful of blue cotton candy. Yes, X
marks the spot on the nearly black Buried Treasure Cupcakes because a surprise
is buried inside. Yes, the Chocolate Volcano Cupcakes are supposed to peak
when baking, and that red, orange, and yellow glaze dripping down the sides
should look like searing hot lava. And yes, the green, blue, and red streaks
created by miniature M&M candies are supposed to run through the Tie-Dye
Cupcakes.

In fact, when I look at the assortment of cupcakes I created, I am amazed at

how my sisters and I survived our childhood on just two cupcake flavors (vanilla
