BLUEBERRY YOGURT STREUSEL MUFFINS

               It’s hard to resist the flavor of fresh blueberries, especially when they’re baked in
               a moist breakfast muffin. This recipe is doubly good, as fresh berries are folded
               in along with the drained, canned blueberries that come with the package of mix.
               Take care when removing these muffins from the pan; you don’t want to knock
               off any of the crunchy streusel topping.


































                     MAKES 12 MUFFINS (2½ INCHES EACH)

                     PREPARATION TIME: 12 MINUTES
                     BAKING TIME: 20 TO 23 MINUTES





               Vegetable oil spray for misting the pan



               MUFFINS:

               1 package (18.9 ounces) blueberry muffin mix
