LITTLE CHOCOLATE CHERRY MUFFINS

I bag up these little muffins, six to a sack, for valentine gifts. They’re sweet
enough, but not too sweet, to be enjoyed with coffee in the morning, and they
can relieve that late-afternoon chocolate craving. You can also bake them in
regular muffin pans, in which case you’ll wind up with 12 muffins that take 18
to 20 minutes to bake.

MAKES 24 MINIATURE MUFFINS (2 INCHES EACH)
