I love these little cupcakes. Oh, they’re a bit precious, but this recipe is a snap to
assemble and because it makes so many, it’s perfect for parties, showers,
birthdays, Easter brunch, or a Fourth of July picnic. Lemon curd is an elegant
and easy way to doctor up a box of lemon cake mix, and the garnish of fresh
strawberries or raspberries makes for a crowning touch.
