Mustard Sauce

3 tbsp prepared mustard -- hot
2 tbsp green onions -- finely chopped
salt and pepper -- to taste
Blend the sour cream with the hot mustard. Add the onions blending in
well. Taste and add salt and pepper accordingly. Makes about 1 cup.
