Quick Bearnaise Sauce

1 c light mayonnaise
1/4 tsp dry mustard
6 green onions -- finely chopped
1 tbsp tarragon vinegar
2 tsp dried tarragon
2 tbsp butter -- softened
Combine all the ingredients together until well blended. Let stand at
room temperature for at least 1/2 hour before serving so that the flavors
have time to meld. Makes 1-1/4 cups.
