Quick Hot Pepper Jam

                 1                jar  orange marmalade -- 18 oz.
                 3                     habaneros

               Dice the Habs and cook in a small pan with one tablespoon of marmalade
               until habs are tender (about 15 min.).  Add the rest of the marmalade and
               warm over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the jam mostly dissolves.
                Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator until it sets and the flavors
               have time to mix.

               It is great with cream cheese and crackers.
