place third overall in the county First Tee
competition!

Halley Lambert’s first grade class at Clifdale
Elementary School generated a list of
passengers to love & serve. Then, they voted
on what will be the focus of a service project
they are going to organize.

This Weeks Spotlight

Saturday March 10, Broome High School
hosted the fifth tournament of the PBC High
School Tournament Trail. The middle school
team fished against 40 boats. They won third
place individual with Jake Brown and Joshua
Upton and third place as a team. The high
school anglers competed well against 235
other boats. Jacob McKinnish and Caleb Quinn
had the top bag for Broome with a 10.03 bag of
fish. Colton Wells and Parker Sullivan finished
second for BHS with 8.03 pounds. Third place
went to Ashton Threatt and Luis Rivera with
6.56 pounds. Experience Columbia gave away
a $2,000 scholarship to the winning individual
team. Congratulations to Woodruff High
School.
