Understand, Then to Be Understood”.

causes of the American Revolution.
To research the three types of rocks, third
grade science students at Pacolet
Elementary School worked collaboratively
to complete a WebQuest.
Fourth graders at Pacolet

about the importance of editing
their writing from a future editor
via Skype. Maddie Norton, a
Broome High School graduate
and current sophomore at High
Point University Skyped with
Sara McKenzie’s Language Arts
classes.
