Continuum of Care – Services at a Glance
This section provides an overview of the clinical services by organizing the information under each component of
the continuum of care. Each section provides information about the clinical services, number of beds / volumes
and key partnerships. There are existing services across three sites that are not captured in the analysis:Clinical
Support Services (laboratory, medical imaging, pharmacy), Rheumatology, Multiple Sclerosis, Endocrinology,
Urology, HIV / Infectious Diseases, Trauma.
