Neurosurgery Summary









       PHC: Stroke and Neuro Rehab for patients who are recovering from a stroke or other neurological event.
       SMH: The Trauma and Neurosurgery Program, accredited as a Level 1 trauma center, offers a range of patient care services
       including the blood bank, the medical imaging department, operating rooms, and the Allan T. Lambert Trauma and
       Neurosurgery Intensive Care Unit (TNICU). In addition, the adult neurosurgical center provides highly specialized
       neurovascular services including endovascular neurosurgery, aneurysm coiling, carotid stenting and vascular malformation
       management. Strong partnerships are held with referring and rehabilitation partners who provide support to patients who
       require continued care in a hospital setting. The Trauma and Neurosurgery program consists of a total of 67 beds.
