Ophthalmology Summary








          SJHC: Ophthalmology service provides services for patients in the community requiring cataract extraction surgery. In
          addition to this service there is also sub-speciality clinical expertise in glaucoma, strabismus surgery and uveitis (ocular
          inflammation) care.
          SMH: Recognized for excellence in patient eye care, research and teaching in the field of ophthalmology. The
          department offers a full range of ophthalmology subspecialty services including: Cornea and anterior segment,
          Glaucoma, Medical and Surgical Retina, Neuro-ophthalmology, Oculoplastics, Ocular Pathology, Strabismus and Uveitis.
          We also provide an Eye Clinic that offers comprehensive ophthalmological care.
