                                  S      ix months from now, if your life was exactly as it is today, would you be happy? This


                                         question changed my life. This question caused me to act, hire a coach, and begin the
                                         journey to live my dreams.
                                           Many women approach me wanting to lose weight to be happy. After working with
                                   me, they discover that it isn’t the weight they want to lose, it’s the confidence and self-esteem they
                                   want to build. It’s the connection and desire they want to feel with their partner. It’s never about the
                                   weight; it’s about a feeling inside. It’s about self-love and building a relationship with themselves.
                                         When I first meet my clients, many are struggling with the gap between where they
                                           are in life and where they want to be. They feel unable to act because their self-
                                             esteem is low, and their confidence has been knocked down repeatedly. Here’s
                                              the thing about confidence, every time we break a commitment to ourselves,
                                               we tell ourselves we aren’t good enough, and we lose more confidence
                                                 with every broken promise. Most of my clients have been stuck in self-
                                                  destructive habits for many years and can’t imagine life differently. After
                                                    working with me, these women who have beaten themselves up for
                                                      years, and torn themselves down with their habits and self-talk for
                                                      a lifetime, now have the awareness and the tools to think and act
                                                       differently.
                                                         My favourite thing about what I do is watching the women I
                                                         work with build their confidence, their self-esteem, their self-
                                                             worth, and fall in love with who they are. We make decisions
                                                             in life that align with the love and respect we have for
                                                              ourselves. Seeing the growth in my clients, seeing them
                                                               love themselves and watching how their action begins to
                                                                change and align with that love is why I do what I do.
                                                                Seeing women stop dreaming their life and start living
                                                                their dreams is why I love being a coach.
