                    hat a ride this past two years has been! Every person on the planet has had an
                    opportunity to pause, reflect, and consider what they truly value in life. What has
                    surfaced for me has been health, relationships, and freedom. What have you learned
      W to value with fresh eyes? How are you living that out in your personal life and in your
      business? What changes have you made?
        As famously quoted by Napoleon Hill, “In every adversity, lies the seed of an equal or greater opportunity.”
      Embracing that opportunity, I got comfortable delivering training, holding meetings, and networking on-
      line. The result has been an uptick in audience reach, new friends and clients around the globe, and a broader
      understanding of people and culture.
        As an employee relations specialist, I assist businesses, teams, and individuals with strategy to navigate and
      eliminate workplace bullying, sexual harassment, and toxic organizational culture. I help them
      embrace workplace psychological safety, and diversity and inclusion, with programming,
      strategies, and support for employee mental health and well being. Getting your workforce
      engaged and productive and maximizing their potential is my goal.
