                                            ur brains are complex organs, they are part of everything we are and in
                                            everything we do. Our thoughts, feelings, actions, and interactions are some
                                            of the functions of the brain. The brain is also responsible for our intelligence,
                                 O character, personality, and all of our decisions. How we take care of our
                                  health will impact how we function in the future - especially our memory! However, it is
                                  surprising that the brain is never looked at seriously when we want to get healthier. We,
                                  therefore, need to learn how to love it and take care of it.
                                   Memory is the basis of our being; it allows us to make sense of the world around us
                                    through the experiences of our bodies, minds, and spirits. Memory holds our joys, hurts,
                                        and the lessons we learn in life. It holds our values and gives insight into our sense
                                           of purpose that gives our life meaning.
                                               One of the most common and devastating diseases that affect memory is
                                              Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia actually start in the
                                               brain years before symptoms begin appearing. When you take care of your brain
                                                by keeping it healthy, Alzheimer’s is preventable and has even been reversed.
                                                  Brain health is a vital aspect of overall health and longevity. Keeping
                                                 your brain functioning optimally is an essential aspect of taking care of
                                                 your well-being. Brain Health is about making the most of your brain
                                                 and doing all that you can to reduce risks as you age. You can change the
                                                  health of your brain and then, in turn, change your life.
