PROJECT DETAILS
Barr & Barr is currently in the preconstruction phase of the North • Aiming fo LEED Gold
Building project. Th is building is a portion of the campus Science Center • BIM Technology – used during preconstruction and
will continue to be utilized through construction
Renewal Project. With preconstruction on schedule, construction is
expected to begin in the Fall of 2018. First phase of construction will
include the demolition of the existing 90,000 square foot Bronfman
Science Building to make way for the new North building. Th is
project is anticipated to be complete in the fall of 2020.
