To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing to confirm our support of the Barr and Barr leadership team we know from prior experience
working with them on other projects. Our first experience with this team was in 2004/2005 at the
Lakeside Village Lifestyle Center project delivering a core / shell package to a private developer. Since
that time, we have pursued and completed many projects (Nemours Children’s Hospital, Moffitt, Etc.)
with the local leadership team at Barr and Barr. We were excited to hear of their opportunities and will
support them for these projects.
As a turnkey concrete forming and placement contractor, we are very interested in the Metwest
International Office Building Three project as some of our team members have worked with your
leadership team as colleagues a construction management firm and as a subcontractor for them in the
past.

We will support Barr & Barr and their leadership for active and upcoming projects. We are confident in
the abilities of their team to delivery projects successfully based on our past experience with these team
members.
