To Whom it May Concern,

We wanted to write and show support for the Barr & Barr team that is pursuing the Metwest
International Office Building three project. Our firm completed the cast-in-place concrete work for the
Metwest Office Building One project and was a very successful project. We had the opportunity to
work with Fred and Matt at Tampa General Hospital and most recently on some work at the Moffitt
McKinley Outpatient Clinic and Offices. Over the past several years our company has grown to over
$40M in work completed in the last year and have built a large competent staff of concrete formwork
carpenters, placement teams, and finishers. We have known and worked with the local leadership team
over the past 10 years and will continue to support them with any of their needs. They have been fair to
deal with and have a solid operations background to make any project successful.

We will support Barr & Barr and their leadership for active and upcoming projects. We are confident in
the abilities of their team to delivery projects successfully and enjoy working with their personnel.
