Your team is not alone. Among many valuable resources, the Wynn Las Vegas and Encore team also HELLO!’S APPROACH
have Creative Services/Event Design professionals (see page 35) to assist with event design and
production, a Marketing team to assist with presentation and graphic design, a Risk Management
team (see page 31) to ensure that our suppliers are compliant with all insurance requirements, and
an Information Technology team to build and maintain systems that improve client and employee
efficiencies. For many DMCs, these specialties are left in the hands of an Account Executive or
Account Manager who, instead of focusing on client needs within their expertise, must retrieve
insurance certifications from suppliers, wrestle with PowerPoint presentations, and depend on a
theme décor company for event design solutions.
