QUALITY OF SERVICE





                             At Hello!, we measure client satisfaction vigorously to ensure our service
                             quality and consistency.  Our “Commitment to Quality” program measures
                             client satisfaction in several areas and allows us to dissect the results by office,
                             team, individual, or service area.  It is a fantastic source of feedback with our
                             people receiving bi-annual bonuses based on their team’s results.


                             Below and on the following page, you will see an example of our online survey
                             format as well as a completed survey from a program we operated.
