                                           produce satisfied customers.


                                           Do not undervalue the basics




                                           1.   All customer calls will be returned the same day.


                                           2.  A Hello! representative will attend every client/resort pre-con.

                                           3.  The Account Executive, Account Manager or Program
                                              Manager will contact the customer each day of the program.


                                           4.  All Account Executives, Account Managers, Program
                                              Managers and their directors will be reachable at all times via
                                              their cell phone.


                                           5.  A member of management will personally see the client at
                                              some point during each House Account program.


                                           6.  For all House Account programs, a preliminary bill will be
                                              generated and we will extend the opportunity for a review and
                                              Hello! post-con.


                                           7.  All invoices will be sent to the client within ten (10) business
                                              days of program completion. If a late vendor invoice should
                                              hold up our process, the Account Executive will call the client
                                              to notify them of the status.


                                           8.  The Account Executive will call the customer within five (5)
                                              business days of submitting the invoice to confirm receipt and
                                              address any outstanding questions.


                                           9.  A program evaluation form will be e-mailed to the primary
                                              contact, meeting planner and/or lead trip director after each
                                              program.


                                           10. A member of management will contact the client to address
                                              any mark below “3” on the Hello! evaluation form.
