EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Thank you for the opportunity to present our proposal for your Staffing Services for AFP 2020. We’re
excited for the opportunity to showcase our great team and what sets us apart in Las Vegas. We know
that this is a very important event and creating a seamless and professional experience is paramount.

We recognize that with a staffing-focused proposal it can become very easy to focus just on the
numbers. We know the numbers are very relevant and that is whey you will see our concessions

offered below. We believe these discounts are very competitive for the Las Vegas market. However,
beyond the numbers, we know it’s about the quality of people. We can deduce, based on the
expectations outlined in the RFP, that there may have been some challenges with quality of people in
previous programs. Who is representing you, your organization and your brand at this very significant
conference is just as vital as the numbers. That is why we have included a detailed look at who Hello
is, what we do and how we can ensure only the top staff in the city will be a part of your program.

CONCESSIONS
We hope the following concessions will showcase our eagerness to be your partners for AFP 2020:

• Staff rate of $43.00 per hour discounted at $39.00 per hour ($7,840 savings)
• Lead staff rate of $46.00 per hour discounted at staff rate of $39.00 per hour ($812.00 savings)
• Complimentary parking for every staff ($4,410 savings)
• Staff minimum consecutive hour requirement reduced from 4 hours to 3 hours ($702.00 savings)

SUMMARY OF EXPECTATIONS AND GOALS
We have researched AFP online to ensure an understanding of the group and have reviewed the RFP
in detail. Here is what we understand about AFP 2020 and your expectations:
