COMPANY BACKGROUND

Hello! Destination Management, consisting of offices in Arizona, Florida, Las Vegas, Washington D.C.,
Texas, Nashville, California and most recently, Denver is a destination management company serving
meeting planners in many of the country’s most popular meeting destinations. We are a privately
held professional firm with over 250 employees dedicated to service excellence. As such, we do not
grant franchises and we are not members of a multi-company marketing network.

Over the past 30 years Hello! Destination Management has transformed from a boutique DMC into a
financially sound, professional services firm with legitimate operating standards, proprietary business
software, and training. Hello! Destination Management is the exclusive service provider for over 25
major convention resorts in our respective cities.

Hello! Destination Management is a family owned business with three generations of experience in
the hospitality industry. The owners are directly involved in the day to day business and engaged with
the clients. This family owned but professionally managed approach will continue to help Hello!
Destination Management out-perform destination management peers for years to come.
