WHY OUR STAFF ARE DIFFERENT








  THE HELLO! WAY

  Hello! Las Vegas has maintained consistently high standards in its selection of on-site personnel. They
  operate as an extension of your staff and are fully briefed on all relevant details of your program
  together with any policies and procedures that you have communicated to us. All staff are fully
  trained and empowered to make critical decisions. We understand the importance of our role in the
  hospitality and service industry and are committed to creating a positive experience for your
  attendees.


  •    Disney Standards

       • Hello! DMC is a preferred partner at every Disney hotel in Orlando. Because our “home base”
          location works hand-in-hand so closely with Disney, our teams across the country have
          adopted Disney appearance standards and requirements for all our staff members. As an
          example, this means: no visible tattoos, no unnatural hair colors, no facial hair for men, no
          excessive amounts of jewelry, etc. We’re already selective so you don’t have to worry what will
          arrive onsite!
  •    Referrals Only
       • Our new staff come from recommendations from current staff, current students or graduates

          of the UNLV hospitality school, and local entertainer’s/entertainment management who work
          part time. They go through a background check that includes their driving record, criminal
          history, and sex offender registry. Once they pass the background check, they interview with
          our operations manager where she determines their level of experience, and if they have the
          level of friendliness and charisma that we want in the field.
  •    Mandatory Training
       • Once hired, all staff are paired with existing staff to better measure their current skills and

          areas they need to grow in. This allows a targeted training experience with them being placed
          on appropriate shifts to round out their abilities. Their training focuses not only on physical
          tasks but also on how to meeting our high level of customer service and emphasis on being
          truly helpful while being friendly. With the detailed description of the staff's job assignments
          we will hand-pick your staff based on skill and will have the most qualified staff for each
          position.
  •    Pre-program Briefing
       • All staff will be briefed ahead of their first shift with all the detail provided. We will do our best
          to book the same staff each day so that there will be no need to retrain after the first.
