DISCOUNTS

Hello! Las Vegas commits to the following for Hyatt 2020 programs as indicated on the
RFP.

VOLUME DISCOUNT
Should Hello! Las Vegas be awarded:
• One (1) program, Hyatt will receive a 1% discount on the one awarded program
• Two (2) programs, Hyatt will receive a 2% discount on two awarded programs
• Three (3) programs, Hyatt will receive a 3% discount on three awarded programs
• Four (4) programs, Hyatt will receive a 4% discount on four awarded programs
• Five (5) programs, Hyatt will receive a 5% discount on five awarded programs

PRE-PLANNING/SITE INSPECTION
• Complimentary site inspection transportation for each RFP program
• Complimentary airport transfers for (2) planners for each RFP program

OFF PROPERTY EVENTS
• Complimentary registration staff to assist with check-in and/or greeting guests upon
arrival
• Complimentary branded napkins for bar and passed food items
• Complimentary transportation to/from the event for (2) VIPs or planners per RFP
program
• Complimentary photographer with dropbox of all images after the event

ON PROPERTY EVENT
• Complimentary registration staff to assist with check-in and/or greeting guests upon
arrival
• Complimentary post-event client engagement activation (see specifics below)
• Delivery and labor fees discounted from a standard 25% to 20% fee on décor items
• Complimentary branded throw pillows
• Guarantee 2019 pricing on all 2020 items
• Complimentary photographer with dropbox of all images after the event
