COMPANY HISTORY AND SCOPE
Hello! Destination Management (Hello!) is a full-service destination management company (DMC)
founded in 1986. Following its purchase by the Mears family in 1998, Hello! has transformed from a
boutique DMC into a professional services firm with company-wide operating standards, proprietary
business software, and advanced training.
There are currently over 200 full-time professionals in 10 office locations such as Scottsdale, AZ,
San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA, Washington, D.C., Orlando, FL, Hollywood, FL, Las Vegas,
NV, Nashville, TN, Austin TX, and Dallas, TX. We are also the exclusive or preferred DMC for 51
hotels and resorts. We would be honored to partner with the Wynn Las Vegas and Encore in any
of our nationwide destinations.
Hello! is a family-owned business with three generations of experience in the hospitality industry.
The owners are directly involved in the day-to-day operations and are engaged with their clients.
This family-owned but professionally managed approach will continue to help Hello! outperform
destination management peers for years to come.
