Executive Summary

Thank you for the opportunity to present our proposal for Interactions 2019 Customer
Appreciation Event at Omnia. We are so happy to have the chance to, once again, be a
part of this event in Las Vegas. We know that our experience working with NICE here, but
also in other Hello cities, has given us the insight to deliver on, and exceed, your
expectations and goals. As we always say, and as we hope you know from experience, we

will work hard for you!

To do a quick recap, here is our understanding of some of your most important

expectations:

- What is considered “WOW” to the decision maker is technology elements and things
that make you “stop in your tracks”.
- The Omnia has made it to the top of the list as the venue selection because of the

technology in the space, it’s a “hot” club and, of course, the amazing chandelier.
- This is a night of celebrating your customers and you want them to all walk away
feeling VIP and special.

- The theme needs to be elevated and sophisticated.

With all of that in mind, we have created a refined theme that can still be playful and fun.
Let your guests be enveloped in the awe of the venue and the surprise and delight with
this imaginative yet chic theme, REALITY. Reality invites your guests to choose their

reality with (3) corresponding themes for the (3) spaces of the club: Suspended Reality,
Virtual Reality and Reality Check.

SUSPENDED REALITY
Our goal for each of the spaces was to not compete against the stunning aesthetic of
each of the area. So for the Main Club, where the chandelier named “Charlotte” will

be putting on her amazing show, we didn’t want to take away from that but instead
wanted to play off of that.

We know that pairing the technology of the chandelier show with the mesmerizing
aerialist performances will make your guests stop in their tracks.
The many reflective surfaces and lighting features in this space inspired the reflective

costuming of performers like the mirror characters and the light beings.
With a quite literal interpretation of the theme, and incorporating the fun food

service trend, we have included suspended food displays.
