6.3 WORKSHOP FACILITIES
For the time being, Skjoldenæsholm Golf Resort rents a building of 518 m2 from a different owner to house the workshop and staff facilities. This could be moved to a new building (location 5.1 on page 40) where there even would be a chance of extending the facilities. Moving out of rented buildings and into buildings that Skjoldenæsholm Golf Resort owns would signi cantly lower the costs.

- current building for maintenance and workshop facilities
Area 5.1 –1.184 m2 (0,29 ac)
- the machine hall which can be extended
