Shortly, a middle-age man -- rolling a couple of luggage -- joins the woman.
The twenty-eight-minute trip from Hartford-Jackson International Airport
takes him to Forty-five-hundredth block of Chamblee Dunwoody Road, an adjoining
town next to Dunwoody and Doraville, Georgia. Alonzo pulls to a stop, kills the
ignition, steps down, shuts the door, and opens and holds the rear passenger door
for middle-age woman.
“Thank you,” as she steps down.
“You’re welcome, Ma’am,” and walks round to the trunk. He later retrieves
the couple’s luggage, hands the second and larger luggage to the husband.
“Thank you, Alonzo.”
“You’re welcome, Sir.”
“A little something for you,” she slips Alonzo a crisp Alexander Hamilton bill.
“Thank you, Ma’am.”
“It’s Selena, and you’re welcome.”
Alonzo returns to his SUV. He turns the ignition, moves the gear to ‘drive,’
looks to his left, rearview mirror, again to the left, gradually pulls out, and heads to
285 north. Shortly, he takes the SR141 exit -- travelling east -- to Doraville.
Gradually, he comes to a stop at the traffic light, and waits for the light to turn
green. He looks to his 2 o’clock -- a quick service restaurant (QSR) -- one of his nearest
