C.  Keep, in a separate book, a copy of the bylaws and a record
                   of amendments;  write the bylaws on the right-hand page,
                   amendments on the left-hand page.

               D.  Assist the presiding officer in preparing an agenda or outline
                   of business; list in proper order those items which are to be
                   brought up at the meeting.

               E.  Call the meeting to order in the absence of the president and
                   vice-presidents;  preside  over  the  election  of  a  temporary
                   presiding officer.

               F.  Conduct  the  general  correspondence  of  the  foundation  as
                   directed by the president.

               G.  Send notices of meetings as required.


        Section 5.  The treasurer shall:

               A.  Receive,  from  the  financial  secretary,  all  money  of  the
                   foundation and deposit same in the foundation’s appropriate
                   account.

               B.  Keep an accurate record of all funds received; keep records
                   in accordance with standard accounting procedures.

               C.  Keep  an  accurate  record  of  all  funds  expended;  properly
                   execute a voucher for each expenditure.

               D.  Submit written financial reports at monthly Board meetings;
                   present a written annual report of the previous fiscal year at
                   the January meeting.

               E.  Be bonded.

               F.  Serve as a member of the Investment Committee and Funds
                   Allocation Committee.
