Executive Search
Pay For Performance Fee Structure: Second and Third installments tied to
deliverables.
Searches are conducted for 33% of first year estimated total annual cash
compensation and billed as follows:
• One third at the outset of the assignment.
• One third at the 30-day mark of the assignment (with the delivery of
our Benchmark Report).
• Balance when the search has been completed.
• One time admin fee charged at 7% of the estimated fee, excluding travel
and interview expenses.
• One year guarantee.
