                 Publishing  of  trade  magazine,  overall  design  and  marketing  strategy  for  B-to-B,  editorial
                   content.
                 Marketing and merchandising experience in developing and building the corporate brand
                   and private label in-house product brands’ and their positioning in the market.
                 Sales leadership and sales development experience that is applicable to B-to-B industrial
                   consumables.
                 Understands Financial Statements and how to use financial metrics to improve, manage and
                   monitor the business.
                 Product development, product improvement and R&D experience and mindset. Innovation
                   as part of the growth strategy.
                 Tuck-in acquisition(s) once management team is built out and organic growth strategy is in
                   place and performing.
                 Ability  to  lead  the  organization  through  the  selection,  implementation  and  long  term
                   management  of  a  modern,  widely  used  ERP  solution  with  world  class  e-commerce
                   functionality
                 Experience managing Asian sourcing and supply chain and strategic purchasing initiatives.


                                          QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED


                 Twenty  plus  years  of  overall  experience,  including  relevant  experience  leading  a  middle-
                   market  CP/packaging  company  where  one  can  demonstrate  a  track  record  of  success  in
                   developing    strategies   that   led   to   double    digit   sales/profit   growth   and
                   identifying/penetrating CP customers/channels.

                 A person with entrepreneurial instincts who possesses strategic thinking abilities that uses
                   imagination  and  foresight  to  conceptualize  new  business  opportunities  in  a  changing
                   market.
                 Strategic thinker and leader who, while comfortable in the trenches, maintains a long term
                   perspective and steadily stays the course.
                 A solid overall general management executive who understands all facets of business but
                   whose core background and strengths are in operations and/or sales and marketing.

                 Excellent communicator, who genuinely respects every level of employee and that person’s
                   ability  to  contribute  to  the  company’s  performance.    A  humble  leader  who  invites  and
                   listens to input from the entire team.
                 Creative  problem  solver  who  influences  others  to  think  differently,  raises  the  bar,  and
                   considers  alternative  solutions;  while  being  knowledgeable  about  the  path  the  Company
                   followed to its position today.
