Bag Support Frameworks
Upper and lower frameworks
combine to safely support and
contain the bulk bag. The framework
should be configured so that the
operator never stands directly under
the bag during all phases of lifting,
positioning and discharging the bag.

Fork Lift Bag Support Framework: The economical frame design
has a capacity of 4000 lbs. and is designed to allow easy placement of the bag
hanger into the support framework by the forklift operator.

The unique upper frame is designed with 36” of height adjustability to accommodate a
wide range of bag sizes. The upper frame height adjustment holes are drilled through a
separate welded on plate in stead of directly through the upright tubes as found on most
other commercially available dischargers. This eliminates potential places for dust and other
undesirable foreign materials from settling
within the framework.

fork truck is backing out of

The upper and lower
frame’s 4” sq x 3/16” Attach

handle 4000 lb. bulk
bags being loaded by
fork trucks.
