Bag Support Frameworks
Upper and lower frameworks
combine to safely support and
contain the bulk bag. The framework
should be configured so that the
operator never stands directly under
the bag during all phases of lifting,
positioning and discharging the bag.

Customer Supplied Hoist Bag Support Framework: A complete
lower frame is available for applications where customers have an existing
hoist and/or monorail system.

Bag hangers are supplied to
integrate with the customer’s
supplied hoist and the bag
support framework.

Customer Supplied Hoist
Bag present sensors can be added
to the framework to enable and
disable all moving mechanical
equipment below the bag which
further increases the operator
safety of the bulk bag discharger.

The frame’s 4” sq x 3/16”
thick tubular uprights
and cross bracing provide
the required structural
integrity to safely support
4000 lb. bulk bags.

The frame can be
mounted on load cells for
loss-in-weight operation.
