IPA mills feature a robust, rugged design, as well as flexibility to provide a range of particle sizes.
They can be configured for a variety of applications and are compatible with vacuum conveying or
gravity feed. The mills are low maintenance and durable, specializing in fine chemicals and food. All
product contact parts are stainless steel for long-term processing with consistent results. The mills are
manufactured based on application requirements for maximum control of powder properties, such as
flowability, density, color, etc. IPA manufactures a mill design built according the USDA Dairy guide-

Lump Breakers
Lump breakers are designed to reduce softer and abrasive products such
as filter cakes, food stuffs, chemicals, fertilizers, and fly ash into
sizes that can be further processed. They can be placed
in-line to reduce materials into manageable sizes for
conveyors and/or other process equipment, or as a
stand-alone unit. All models are available in mild or
stainless steel with a variety of power transmission
options to suit most industrial applications. Twin- or
single-shaft designs are available. The model shown
is with a low profile to fit into in-line ductwork with
minimal height impact.
