This is a prospect that has a sales pipeline in the opportunity stage. When a prospect has a sales
                pipeline record move from lead to opportunity (sales stage field), the account group is
                automatically changed from Prospect to Qualified prospect. This triggers the account to be
                sent to GCM. Once a qualified prospect is sent from Dynamics CRM to GCM, it is then mastered
               in GCM. Once in GCM, it is then available to connect with an account in SOPIC or SAP.
               When a new account is created in SOPIC or SAP, there is a search function to see if the account
               already exists in GCM as a qualified prospect.
               If yes, the 2 are connected to each other to avoid a duplicate record. If there is no match when
               searching GCM a new record is created in SOPIC or SAP and sent to GCM and then from GCM to
               Dynamics CRM.

               End Customer
               An account that purchases from a channel through a pricing agreement

               End User
               Is an account that purchases from a channel with no buying agreement

               Intragroup Account  field is used as a connection field in Dynamics. It is locked and controlled by
               the integration with Global Customer Master. In some situations, accounts may be purchasing tools
               from 2 or more markets. This is fairly common for Intragroup SMS accounts (production units)

               Primary Contact
               Indicates the primary person you are working with at this account.
