Accessing Microsoft Dynamics
Microsoft Dynamics is a cloud based application, therefore, accessible through browser, tablet
application, or phone app.
To obtain a Dynamics license, Request IT is used.

WEB BROWSER - Google Chrome is recommended.
Also known as the “web client,” users can access Dynamics 365 through a supported browser. No
installation is required on the local machine to use the web client. Users simply access Dynamics
through their Office 365 account or type in a URL for their CRM website.

where they are. It’s great for on-the-road Sales Representatives that want to be able to enter data
